Volcom x Coakers Building | Terranora

Located in the hills of Terranora, Skycrest is a custom residential project positioned to capture sweeping views across the hinterland, Gold Coast skyline and Pacific Ocean.

Commissioned by Coakers Building in collaboration with Volcom Workwear, this construction progress film documented a key stage of the build while also highlighting the architectural vision behind the project. Featuring multiple hips, valleys and box gutters, the roof structure required traditional pitching methods completed on-site by the construction team.

The project combined construction videography, photography and interviews, with the Construction Manager providing insight into the design brief, challenges and execution of the roof build.

The resulting content was created to document progress, showcase craftsmanship, communicate the architectural intent of the home and provide valuable marketing assets for both Coakers Building and Volcom Workwear.
