Cadillac Supper Club – Gold Coast
Cadillac Supper Club, from the same owners behind Bar Evelyn just up the road, has evolved into a vibrant homage to classic New York dining. Located in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, the venue now serves bold, flavour-packed New York style pizza and pasta in a space that blends the energy of a downtown pizzeria with the character of an old-school supper club.
Vintage textures, warm lighting and nostalgic details give the restaurant a distinct atmosphere, where classic influences meet a relaxed neighbourhood feel by the coast.
For this shoot I captured the space and dishes on a mix of film and digital, focusing on the natural energy of the restaurant along with the textures and colour of the food. Thin foldable pizza slices, handmade pastas and seasonal dishes were photographed in a way that highlights both the flavour and the setting they’re served in.
Alongside the food photography, the shoot also focused on documenting the restaurant’s interior design and atmosphere, something that closely connects with my architectural and interior photography work across the Gold Coast.
